Your nose looks okay. As time goes on and the skin thins iout you may be able to feel some irregularities. It might be worthwhile getting second opinions.

If you have a dent in the sidewall of your nose six months after rhinoplasty surgery, depending on your examination, microdroplets Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for camouflaging this indentation. At six months, your results are pretty close to final. The amount of swelling at this point is going to be fairly minimal.
To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Your provider is also the correct person to discuss your concerns with. Your nose looks pretty good from the picture, but without knowing what it looks like before we have no reference.
