Can Rhinoplasties/Revisions be done without Diamond Tips, Extension grafts, projection? (Photos)

It seems rhinoplasties always have pointy tips, extension grafts that project the tip. Is there no way to keep the tip leveled and not drooping more than natural without any of that? In natural noses it seems the columella ends and the tip begins right away. I had a very regrettable, impulsive rhinopla done in 2019 that left me with ID loss. So i found someone who could try to reverse it as much as possible. My nose still has pointy cartilage in the tip and sits a bit far from my face on profile view and I want it flatter and closer to my face. I will attach photos of birth nose and current. Is it possible to go back to a rounded blunt tip with no projection other than what was and no exten grafts?
