Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for lower lid surgery to reduce the protruding fat. At the same time, some fat should be harvested and placed in the tear trough under the fat bag. This would create a long lasting smoothness that would look great. Be sure to see a facial plastics specialist for consultation.

Hi kimkim. In short, yes a lower bleph would help this if you are looking for the surgical result. I would also consider doing some fat grafting or fat repositioning to help fill in the hollowing along the orbital rim as this is most likely the cause of why you are noticing bags now. In terms of lifting the corners of the lid, I personally do not see evidence that you would need that on these photos but it is possible it is due to the angle of your camera. Good luck!

You are a great candidate for lower lid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning. This surgery utilizes an incision on the back of the lid (transconjunctival) to remove and reposition your lower lid fat to give a smooth transition from your lid to cheek. Best to see an eyelid expert.

Yes you are a good candidate for lower blepharoplasty. The technique I would use in your case would be transconjunctival (hidden incision) with lower lid fat repositioning or fat grafting.

Based on the nature of your problem, lower transconjuctival blepharoplasty would be good procedure for you. It will correct tear trough deformity and lower eyelid bags, no need for skin removal. Scar is located inside of the eyelid and, possibly, in lateral aspect of the eyelid. In person consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Just based on your photos, I would say that you do appear to be a good candidate for lower blepharoplasty to address the protruding fat under your eyes. It is a fairly common procedure and normally eliminates the bags.

Yes you are an excellent candidate for a lower lid blepharoplasty vi a transconjuctival approach which will not change your eyelid shape. Regarding your upper eyelids an inlet do consultation Woukd be necessary. In some patients a temporal browlift can achieve their desired result but directly changing eyelid shape with surgery of the actual eyelid runs a major risk of looking unnatural.
