You should consider a browlift. A browlift will do several things to improve your appearance. It would raise the eyebrows to the level of the orbital rim since the eyebrows are below the level right now. It would also lower the hairline to make you look younger. It would also pull up some of the skin and decrease the amount of skin needed to be resected for an upper blepharoplasty.

You are a great candidate for upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove excess skin. This will make your eyes appear more open. The lower lids are tricky because you have filler in them. I typically dissolve all filler prior to any lower lid surgery.

It appears that very conservative upper blepharoplasty may be considered. Instead of filler, periorbital placement of fat grafts (nano and micro) would create natural, long lasting volume replacement. It is always interesting to see what a good make up artist can teach you about that part of daily care.
