What I can see in your case, it's unfortunately a botched ptosis correction surgery. One of the main principles of ptosis correction is that it should be performed on both eyes. According to Herring's Law, we cannot treat only one side because they affect each other. If the surgery is performed on both eyes, the chances of the satisfying symmetrical result increases.
In your case the revision surgery done by experienced, board-certified surgeon specialized with eyes aesthetic procedures is the only option for for a good result. However, looking just at the photos it is hard to evaluate exact plan for the surgery. You need to schedule a 1:1 consultation with a surgeon who will evaluate your current condition and decide about the steps.
