Is it still possible to get symmetrical eyes? (Photo)

Question

I have undergone surgery for my Ptosis in left eye. With Ptosis surgery Blepharoplasty was also done. I have undergone 3 eyelid surgeries in total ..2 in 2020 and third in 2021 Feb. I still have lot of pressure on left eyelid, sensation of a foreign body and headache continuously.. My left eye feels sunken and looks weird compared to my right eye. Is there any possibility of getting rid of all the above problems and achieving symmetrical eyes???

Thank you for your query. You do have residual asymmetry. You may have had some over correction, as your left eye does not seem to be closing completely. You will need a careful examination and investigation and likely corrective surgery. What I can see in your case, it's unfortunately a botched ptosis correction surgery. One of the main principles of ptosis correction is that it should be performed on both eyes. According to Herring's Law, we cannot treat only one side because they affect each other. If the surgery is performed on both eyes, the chances of the satisfying symmetrical result increases. 
In your case the revision surgery done by experienced, board-certified surgeon specialized with eyes aesthetic procedures is the only option for for a good result. However, looking just at the photos it is hard to evaluate exact plan for the surgery. You need to schedule a 1:1 consultation with a surgeon who will evaluate your current condition and decide about the steps.
