58kg, 156cm, 32 years old, 1 pregnancy - mini tummy tuck or Vaser liposuction? (Photos)

Hi I am wanting to know if I need a mini tummy tuck or would vasor liposuction be enough for me. I am 32 years old and have had one pregnancy. I am 32 years old weigh 58kg and am 156cm tall. I have had one child 4 years ago. I was quite big when I was pregnant but thankfully have no stretch marks on my stomach. I am booked in to have a breast lift and implant removal but I also spoke to my surgeon about a mini tummy tuck. I just want to know if I could possibly get away with just having liposuction because I have read that it can tighten the skin a little.

It is difficult to assess the quality of your skin from your photos. If you still have firm and elastic skin, liposuction alone may be sufficient. However, if your skin is loose (as may be the case based on the creases just above your belly button) a full tummy tuck may be more suitable.

Hello; Since the photo quality is low; it was not possible to get an idea; about the quality of your skin. If there are no stretch marks on your abdominal skin after birth, if there is no serious weakness or sepation in your abdominal muscles and if there is no sagging in the lower abdominal skin; Mini Abdominoplasty is not required. In this case, removing the fat with Vaserlipo will be sufficient. However, if there is looseness in your abdominal skin; Laserlipolysis, Bodytite or Renuvion J Plasma methods can be applied; together with Vaserlipo implementation; in order to increase for skin tightness; depending on the level of looseness. If there is sagging skin in the lower abdomen; after Vaserlipo, excess skin in the lower abdomen can be deleted with; Mini Abdominoplasty treatment.

If your concern is your lower tummy pouch, I think liposuction alone will suffice as your skin has good elasticity. The only skin laxity issues that I see is above your umbilicus which would require a more complex skin removal. Thank you.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, you would do well with VASER Hi Def Lipo of the abdomen, but if you want to achieve the best outcome, you would need liposuction 360 degrees to give you the smallest waistline possible. This is not an either or operation or just to get away with type of surgery. As a Total Definer surgeon, I do not believe that you need a mini tummy tuck. The surgical markings placed on you will give a very high scar which cannot be covered up by a bikini. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

You could do either lipo or a tummy tuck standard or mini. A full tummy tuck will give you the best result but is also the most expensive and toughest to recover from

In my experience, Vaser ultrasound liposuction will remove stubborn fat and tighten skin without a mini tummy tuck.

You appear to have good skin and muscle which should make you an excellent candidate.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Hello, thank you for the question and the pics. In my opinion you need a mini tuck and Vaser lipo for a good contour, I would even suggest abdominal etching. Bear in mind one minor detail, you appear to have a small area of cringed skin on top of your navel, which appears to be loose, thinned stretched skin, liposuction does not work properly on skin with those characteristics, but it's a fairly small area and the surrounding skin looks in pretty good condition

The correct procedure really depends on what you are hoping to achieve from surgery.  If you are planning to have more children in the future it is best to have liposuction as future pregnancies can impact tummy tuck results.  Liposuction is great for removing subcutaneous fatty pockets.  JPlasma can be added for skin tightening.  If you are wanting a flat tummy with correction of abdominal wall laxity then a tummy tuck is the way to go.  I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
