Hi. my father has the same hairline like I have, but my grandpa from my mother side is completely bald. I don't know if in the future I will get more bald, but I just cant wait and want to do the HT. Thanks.

Photos cannot assess if you would be a candidate for surgery.  Usually this involves seeing a doctor in person so you can better understand realistic goals and expectations.  You need to also inform the doctor how low you want the hairline.

Remember, hair loss is progressive. Medications such as Finasteride and Minoxidil can be very helpful in slowing down your hair loss and keeping your existing hair. PRP Therapy is also a great tool in the fight against hair loss and keeping your existing hair. 
  
A great first step would be an online consultation. Often you can submit photos to top hair restoration surgeons for a complimentary evaluation. This should help lead you in the right direction. Having multiple consultations with different doctors cannot hurt.

At your age and with the hair loss you have, you're better off focusing on maintenance of your existing hair and prevention of further loss.  Options include finasteride (Propecia), minoxidil (Rogaine), laser and platelet-rich plasma (PRP).  Find a local hair restoration specialist and come up with a regime that works for you.  After you've been on a stable regime for a year or two, you could then consider a conservative transplant.

Thank you for your question, You are suffering from stage 2 to 3 pattern of baldness, In my opinion you definitely need a Hair transplant to create a hairline covering your temples along with medications to slower down down the current rate of Hair fall. Medical treatments will not benefit you in terms of your appearance, they can not grow hair in the front area where you have lost hair completely. I think you should consider doing Hair transplant as you are loosing your youthful appearance.

A male who is 23 should not have a hair transplant or a hairline advancement surgery because if you do and develop balding behind the corrected hairline, you will not look normal. If you get a hairline advancement surgery you will see a scar. If you have a hair transplant before your balding pattern become evident, then you will be chasing hair transplants for the next decade. You should wait until your potential balding pattern becomes evident, which is 25 years of age. Build a Master Plan for your hair loss with a good doctor.
