Hello, I would like to ask 3 things about it:1)nowadays are pitting and cobblestoning ONLY surgeon's serious mistakes or can they happen also with very good and famous surgeon?2) in case of pitting or cobblestoning is possible to repair decently with another surgery or not?3) do they cause poor regrowth?

Pitting and cobble stoning may be a technical issue but it can also be partly a patient related issue if one is prone to scarring.

Cobblestoning and pitting are the result of poor technique. Most (not all) full-time experienced hair transplant surgeons know how to avoid this mistake. This is not the forum to discuss the proper techniques and train doctors. The problem you have may ameliorated  with another procedure with a qualified surgeon.

The cause of pitting is the placement of the grafts below the flat skin edge and cobblestonning occurs when the skin disc on the graft is too large and often placed just above the skin surface.
