Hello, I would like to ask 3 things about it:1)nowadays are pitting and cobblestoning ONLY surgeon's serious mistakes or can they happen also with very good and famous surgeon?2) in case of pitting or cobblestoning is possible to repair decently with another surgery or not?3) do they cause poor regrowth?

Answer: Pitting and cobble stoning may be a technical issue but it can also be partly a patient related issue
It is normal to lose transplanted hairs days to weeks after surgery. It may take 6 to 12 months to see new hairs grow out.The kinked or "J" shaped grafts may be a technical issue.
It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative issue as each doctor has their unique regimen. Some patients get pimples and ingrown hairs. Your doctor can help treat this.
