It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative issue as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Some patients get pimples and ingrown hairs.  Your doctor can help treat this.

You need to be seen in person to have this issue diagnosed and treated properly.  Make an appointment to see your surgeon in person rather than sending photos. 

Do you have a history of Keliod or hypertrophy scar ???if these spots are itch and raised you must contact your doctor for better opinion....folliculitus with small pustules is another common condition  after due extraction....

Thank you for your question. The raised bumps are most likely due to a folliculitis (inflammation around a follicle) that can occur when a hair follicle is transected during the harvesting process. Transected follicles have weakened growth and hence can become an ingrown follicle. They will usually respond to hot water compresses and will likely drain a small amount of purulent material similar to a pimple. In more severe cases antibiotics may be necessary. The soreness and redness is most likely an infection. You should see your hair transplant surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.

Red spots often are caused by an infection called folliculitis. I would go back and see your surgeon for treatment
