It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.Redness may be a sign of infection.  It is best to see a doctor for a physical examination.  At the least you should contact your doctor.

The first thing one thinks about with persistent redness is infection, and if that is not the issue, some blonde people with histamine sensitive skin can retain a pink color for months after a hair transplant. Go back and speak with your surgeon if this bothers you enough to get some local treatment on the red skin
