Do I need a tummy tuck revision? (Photos)

Hello I got a mini tummy tuck done with a shortened version of a reverse tummy tuck. I got a breast aug done before so the surgeon simply cut under the existing scars but did not cut across the breast line. I did not have much skin to loose and I was mostly bothered with the visible skin laxaity above my belly button. After the procedure my tummy and skin looks super flat and when I sit upright it looks good.However when i bend down when touching my knees or do a plank my skin looks loose. I spoke to my surgeon and he said he took a lot if skin and tightened it a little extra during g surgery. I did not get muscle repair done because based on my ultrasound my muscle was fine. Do I need another tummy tuck done to remove more skin? Or can i make it wotk by im my core by ab wirkouts and Pilates.
