There is really no reason to leave out one of the three procedures. It is common to perform these operations simultaneously on women who are above their ideal body weight but not obese. Lipo of the back and TT seem to be the right surgery for you. Always choose a BCPS with a nice before and after gallery who can show you examples of people with your body type that they have helped to achieve a shape that you desire.

From reviewing your photos, both an augmentation and abdominoplasty are reasonable procedures. Although an additional weight loss of 27lbs would probably not affect the results of an augmentation, i would probably delay an abdominoplasty until your weight is stabilized for better results.I would also recommend delaying liposuction for the same reasons.

If you have reached a healthy stable weight (preferably with a BMI less than 30), the focus should be on maintaining. I typically do not recommend gaining/losing weight for the sake of surgery alone (weight loss for the sake of your health is a different story). It is important to remember that weight changes post procedure can potentially compromise the results of any cosmetic procedure. If you plan on losing weight, I would do so before surgery and plan on maintaining afterwards.As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..Based on your photo I see that you are a good candidate for a breast augmentation,  tummy tuck, full back liposuction and bbl, my recommendation is that you be evaluated in person by a certified plastic surgeon who sees and evaluates your case.

Hi. It seems you are a good candidate for either option. A TT with lipo  can be done with a BA willing you qualify, and your PS is ok with a larger procedure. Having it all done at once will increase the price. You would have to check with your PS. If you would like to divide them up, I would suggest the TT and Lipo first. You can then have a BA with additional lipo as part of Round 2. Sometimes I feel it is best to concentrate on less procedures rather then doing them all at once.  O.R time is diminished, so it makes for a surgery safer and we could even be more aggressive with the initial lipo and TT. Your weight is currently good so you could go ahead with the procedure and continue to lose some weight after. Best of luck on your procedure!Dr. Miguel Mota

Great questions as you plan ahead. There is nothing wrong with staging surgery...meaning it’s very acceptable, normal and safe to have an operation, recover, and proceed with the next phase of your transformation 3-4 months following the first surgery. Pricing may be an issue if you take on both procedures at once. Planning ahead, and saving for each part may be easier on your budget. Goal weight achievement would be ideal, since breast and body results may change postoperatively with the 27 pound weight loss you’re planning. Angie.  I usually recommend trying to get as close to your target weight prior to mommy makeover surgery, for a better overall result. However, your BMI is below 30 and photos demonstrate that you are a reasonable candidate already. Since you are still in the childbearing age and you do not appear to have a lot of redundant skin, I think that liposuction 360 and breast augmentaton is a good option. Adding a Tummytuck to the mix would increase costs, and I am not sure you need it. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to review all the best options for your particular case. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a
great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done
through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior. 
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  A breast augmentation can be performed at the same
time for improved shape and contour of your breasts.  Back liposuction can also be performed for improved contour.   Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this
surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.
