So reducing your weight should be you first goal. Your photos don't really tell me much about your abdomen so I cannot say what Vaser (or other) liposuction would do for you rather than liposuction and skin excision. Clearly your back has abundant skin rolls which would be best corrected with a back lift. A combination of abdominoplasty and back lift is not uncommon but is quite a procedure. If you are an ideal candidate, that combination procedure could serve you well. One surgeon made mention of a kidney transplant in the past. If this is the case, it really matters. Your health history is extremely important to determining what kind of risks you would face. You should seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to examine your options.

I try to discourage patients from doing more than 2 procedures at the same time. While you may save some money, the risks increase of a longer surgery. You lose more blood and require more fluids, and get longer anesthesia which could increase risk. Also, remember your surgeon will be more fatigued because of longer surgery.
