Answer: Insurance Your insurance might cover a breast reduction, but you will need to start with your primary care doctor and discuss this. Insurance will not cover a tummy tuck with no weight loss and never covers liposuction.

Answer: Body contouring Hello and thank you for your questions and your picture. Based on what you are saying, I recommend that you start with a consultation with your primary care doctor to address your diet and begin to put in place a serious weight loss program. With the help of a nutritionist and an exercise program you should be able to start losing weight. Once you have achieved an appropriate weight through your weight loss program I recommend that you consult with a plastic surgeon to discuss a treatment plan for your body contouring procedures. However, most of these procedures may not be covered by insurance and will require an out of pocket expense. As for your heavy breasts, your health insurance may cover a breast reduction and this procedure may help alleviate your distress. Best wishes!
