1 year ago, I had quad bleph surgery (transcutaneous), and since then, my lateral canthus on both eyes has become progressively more rounded. (Please see attached pictures). Will this rounding finally stabilize soon, or will it just keep getting worse with time? Is there any way to fix it?

HiYes it's better to do your eyelids and then wait a few months for the lid swelling to settle down before the brows are done. Once the skin is no longer thickened and the skin is soft and pliable the brow position will be less likely to shift. Dr. Chow
