Can I completely remove my epicanthal fold?

im caucasian not asian so it looks strange on me. its rather mild but its still obvious and makes me look "off." also i have a very high nose bridge so its not due to the flattening of the dorsum/bridge area. i dont care about scars at all. is it physiaclly possible to remove it completely? im not talking about "minimizing" it the way asians do in their surgeries where removing it completely would make them look funny, but in my case since im caucasian i want it gone completely

You are probably referring to having more almond shape eyes. You likely have slight lower eyelid retraction. See attached link for information.
