Can I completely remove my epicanthal fold?

Question

im caucasian not asian so it looks strange on me. its rather mild but its still obvious and makes me look "off." also i have a very high nose bridge so its not due to the flattening of the dorsum/bridge area. i dont care about scars at all. is it physiaclly possible to remove it completely? im not talking about "minimizing" it the way asians do in their surgeries where removing it completely would make them look funny, but in my case since im caucasian i want it gone completely

Best to see an oculoplastic specialist in person or post photos.  Epicanthoplasty rearranges the tissue in the epicanthal fold, thereby reducing its prominence. See link below.

Epicanthal folds can be removed through a variety of techniques one being mentioned as a z-plasty. Yes it does leave a scar but if done properly, can be minimized by camouflaging the scar along a crease. Look for a plastic surgeon in your area who specializes in only facial plastic surgery. good luck! - Dr. Miguel

Epicanthal folds can be corrected with a procedure called z- plasty. It does leave a scar but usually not too obvious.
