I have double eye bags when I smile. Any suggestions? (photos)

The eye area needs significant combinations to get improvement. Lasers like erbium, co2, halo, profractional/contour, or Fraxel can all be used to build collagen long term. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. I always think it best to start with the least invasive approach. Which would be a fit of HA filler like Restylane in the tear trough area to eliminate the "bag" and reduce the appearance of dark circles. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss.
