Should I trust he same surgeon to correct lower facelift? (photos)

Trustworthy5238
Hello! My PS has done a poor job on the lower facelift. It has been 1.5 years since the surgery and both of my earlobes are slowly stretching out. I also have a very visible scars, especially along my right ear. Both have been revised almost a year ago and look even worse than they used to. I am scheduled another revision with the same surgeon and even though he is not going to charge me, I am nervous that he will not be able to make it right. Is it his poor technique that caused this look? TY
