Should I trust he same surgeon to correct lower facelift? (photos)

This is a pixie ear deformity due to excessive skin tension on the closure around the ear, particularly the ear lobule. Fixing this requires a small revision facelift to tighten the deeper structures and alleviate tension off the skin around the ears. This is a common undesired outcome after poor closure of the facelift surgery work. I would recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery) who has also completed an endorsed Aesthetic fellowship by the Aesthetic Society.

Sorry for the 2x poor results. Appears you had very poorly done FL with pixie ear deformities. Please seek a private practice boarded Plastic or Facial Plastic Surgeon to revise "correctly"! The pre auricular (ear in front) incisions are NOT done correctly!
