Hello, I had a mini facelift two years ago. The result was amazing. 9 months after surgery I had Botox injected in the masseter and temporal muscles because of teeth grinding. This was done by a maxillofacial specialist. 10 days later my face totally changed. It slimmed down drastically and sagged. Neither my facelift surgeon nor the maxillofacial specialist recognize any mistake. I always wonder what happened: did my facelift not work? or did the Botox make it fail and how? It never came back.

Thank you for your question. It will be very helpful to see some pictures but depending of you are a male or female. Some times the sideburn hair can be inside the tragus. Also the normal skin that cover the tragus us change for fat thick skin covering the tragus. Again one important...
I would recommend a facelift and necklift. The problem with the Ellevate is that it does not work and certainly does not last. It is a minimally invasive procedure recommended by individuals who do not want to operate anymore or simply do not know how to do a proper face/necklift.
