I have noticed my cheeks have dropped low and heavy in the nine months to increase jowls and under my jaw is swollen and jawline not well defined. including a before (first) photo and a few photos now at 9 months after surgery.

An in person examine is needed so that a surgeon can feel the degree of laxity that may still be there as well as examine the scars to see how it was performed. That is what would be necessary to give you proper advice on a revision.

Much more information is needed, such as a full set of facial photographs from all angles   with your hair pulled back behind  your ears make a determination about how best to proceed.  From the limited photographs, it appears that there is fat deposits in the neck located above and below the platysma muscle.
