Can you please give me your thoughts on how to rectify my facelift problems? (Photos)

I would recommend a facelift and necklift. The problem with the Ellevate is that it does not work and certainly does not last. It is a minimally invasive procedure recommended by individuals who do not want to operate anymore or simply do not know how to do a proper face/necklift.

Based on these photos it doesn't seem that you have much of the improvement. Considering your current anatomy only SMAS based face and neck lift/contouring could create visible and long lasting result. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in face/neck lift is recommended. Good luck.

I have never heard of Ellevate. Also with out seeing before pictures it’s possible to know how much improvement you get. It appears to me that you need liposuction of your jowls which may not have been done initially. I would need an in person exam to see what more needs to be done to give you a good result.

Unfortunately, I do not see any difference either.  By definition, an Ellevate lift is a minimally invasive procedure.  It is supposed to smooth the jawline.  Do not see that in you.It seems like this procedure was sold to you as a facelift.  Non-invasive facial procedures produce minimal results.  Sounds good because it is less expensive than a facelift.The answer to your dilemma is consider a standard, two-layer face and neck lift performed by an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon.

To really answer this we need the photos before the facelift was done so we can see your true starting point. All surgeons do this procedure differently as there is no "one" facelift technique. The technique, skill and artistry of the surgeon, degree of sun damage, heaviness of the face all play into the final result. Non surgical treatments are of very little use in tightening skin or improving the neck. Probably your best bet is to take those photos and visit the very best facelift surgeons you can to see what might be done. If anything, it will be redo surgery.
