Any idea about what to do with festoons after facelift?

I had a deep plane face and neck lift in October. This puffiness appeared on my cheeks several weeks after the surgery. They're soft to the touch; I didn't have any filler. Sometimes they get bright red, though there's no heat or tenderness or other sign of infection. Any idea what to do about them?
