I would begin with your breasts using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, you can have a tummy tuck. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

Let’s analyze your stomach first. Upon examining your stomach, you have excess skin, excess fat, and muscle weakness. The excess skin can be seen by the wrinkles of your abdomen around the belly button. The wrinkles and the stretch marks also tell us about the quality of your skin and its ability to bounce back, especially after liposuction or a tummy tuck. In examining your abdomen, you also have a moderate amount of fat, which is evident in the profile pictures. Also, in the profile pictures, it appears that your muscle has been stretched. The muscle in question is the rectus abdominis muscle, probably stretched due to your small frame and having three large babies. Therefore, the best surgery for your abdomen is a tummy tuck, not just liposuction. A tummy tuck will address the excess skin and fat of your abdomen and correct the muscle weakness of your entire abdominal wall. During a tummy tuck, the excess skin in front of the abdomen will be removed, the pubic region or mons will be lifted, and the rectus muscle will be repaired.

Let’s now examine your breasts. If you are content with your breast size, you may consider a breast lift or a mastopexy. Your breast lift would include an incision around the areola and down the front of the breast, resembling a lollipop. If a more comprehensive lift is needed, this incision can be extended underneath the breast, resulting in what’s called an anchor mastopexy. If you desire more fullness and a larger breast with enhanced cleavage, you might contemplate a breast implant. However, you mentioned you’re not sure about having an "implant in your body." In my opinion, combining a breast implant with a lift would offer optimal results. But, if you're against implants, that's perfectly understandable.

You could do liposuction with fat transfer to your breasts to avoid having an implant placed. I would liposuction your flanks, abdomen, and possibly inner thighs, depending on how much more fullness you wanted in your breasts. Then of course the Abdominoplasty to tighten up the skin. Fortunately there is no significant ptosis (drooping) of your breasts and a breast lift is not really required. There is some loss of volume in the upper part of the breast (pseudo ptosis) and some augmentation through fat may suffice or if you wish for more significant increase in size you can choose augmentation with implants. You are an ideal candidate for a mommy makeover. The number of C-sections do not determine whether you are a candidate for an abdominoplasty/tummy tuck . The only information we gather from the C-section is scar placement, and how well you scar. The fact that most of your weight is in your abdomen will produce the best results. In terms of your breast, they will appear bigger with narrowing of your waist line and your abdomen. As you get older, it’s probably a good idea to refrain from placing implants. 10 years from now you will probably regret placing them. A secondary option would be fat grafting to the breast as long as you have no family history of breast cancer. This would provide some superior fullness without the heavy weight of an implant which will cause stretching of your breast skin, and larger droopier breasts. Women in general appear more matronly with larger breast, especially as they get older.A breast lift with possible fat grafting, and an abdominoplasty with liposuction of your lateral body and abdomen will give you the best results. Finally, be sure to proceed with the mommy makeover only if you are done with child bearing.

You would be an excellent candidate for a mommy makeover. A tummy tuck and some liposuction on your hips will really make a nice change. You can have a breast lift with or without implants. If you want to have round shape at the top of your breast, then you would need an implant. But, if you don't want an implant, you can have a very nice outcome with breast lift alone.
