Should I move forward with my mommy makeover or is it best if I hold off until my children are older?

I have 2.5 year old active twin boys. My husband is incredibly involved with the daily tasks involving the children. The type of mommy makeover I need includes a tummy tuck, liposuction, breast lift, and implants - I am not overweight. With the age of the children in mind, should I wait to have the procedure done, or is it safe to go ahead and pull the trigger?

Thank you for your query. The timing of a Mommy Makeover is upto you, once the babies are done with breast feeding and you have completed your family. You will take time to recover and will need help for the first few weeks after a mommy makeover procedure. You should not be picking up your babies, for instance, for the first six weeks. The age of your children should not be relevant as long as you have someone to assist you in your recovery period. In terms of your breasts, I recommend The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. After 6 months, liposuction can be done and if you desire additional volume to the breasts then fat transfers can be done as well.
