No, it is not dangerous to have a mommy makeover if you have had 2 BBL's. I would begin with your breasts using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. After 6 months, you can undergo liposuction and fat transfers to the breasts if additional volume is desired.

The risks of surgery are related to your general health and the procedure done. Since you have had two cosmetic procedures, you should do well with a third.

From your photos it appears you would enjoy the benefits of a Mommy Makeover. A tummy tuck would remove excess fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. Breast implants would give nice volume and proportion to your frame. Being a little nervous is normal but I encourage you to speak to your surgeon about your concerns. It is important that you feel comfortable and confident as you prepare for surgery.
