19, BBL, lipo 360, tummy tuck, breast lift & implants & VSG, in which order should I do these procedures? (Photos)

I am 19, almost 20, and I would like to change my body through surgery as I am struggling to lose weight. I never had any surgical interventions before. The procedures I would like to undergo are BBL with liposuction 360, tummy tuck, Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy, and breast lift with implants. I am 1.80 m (5'11). My goal is to have a flat stomach and remain fat-free, aiming for an hourglass body shape. In what order should I undergo these procedures? Should i avoid the gastric sleeve?

Thank you for your query.. When you are considering  a Bariartric procedure like vertical sleeve gastrectomy, you should delay all your body contouring procedures till after you have had your weight loss and stabilised it for a year or so. You will also need psychological counselling  before you consider so much surgery. Please discuss all the surgeries you are planning both with your Bariatric surgeon as well as your plastic surgeon. You should start with the gastric sleeve surgery, as it will help you lose weight. Once your weight has stabilized, typically about a year after surgery you can then consider plastic surgery. Doing it in this order ensures the best results, since weight loss afterward could affect plastic surgery outcomes.

I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

Hi.  I would start with your primary care provider.  Discuss your concerns and your goals so that your PCP can help guide you with nutrition and weight loss.  If they feel like you would benefit from a consultation with a gastric bypass type of specialist then they can help guide you through that process.  Once you have lost the appropriate amount of weight then I would recommend getting in to see a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and goals and come up with a plan for you well as the appropriate timing.

To start dear Rebecca it does not exist such thing like a fat free body, fat is storaged in excess in our body as the result of our bad nutritional and exercise habits. We are not born with excess of fat, we create it throughout our life. If you want a body fat free you must commit within yourself to achieve a healthy BMI of 25 o lower,  to have a low percentage of fat on your body, doing exercise every day of your life and eating the healthiest food every single day of your life, otherwise you will not observe what you are dreaming about. 
No surgery will achieve that. 
You must start with the basics: have a nutritionist to help you with developing a healthy lifestyle then an effective exercise program you execute every single day. You will lose the weight on your own, you will lose fat and will develop muscles. Your body 
will change dramatically and if after that you want to enhance even more your body, then Plastic Surgery will be very helpful.

Most likely that you do not need VSG. Liposuction of the torso and fat transfer to the buttocks and hips should be your first procedure. This should be followed with an extensive TT and breasty lift/reduction. I am not sure that your need breast implants. In person or via teleconference, consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with a good reputation in body contouring surgery is recommended.

Do the gastric sleeve first so you can achieve all the weight loss you need. Once you are at a stable weight, then see what might be needed. You may not need liposuction.

Thanks for your question! I would suggest doing the sleeve first to help hit your target weight. Once you are there and maintain your weight for at least 6 months, it would be safe to look into/consider the other surgeries. Good luck!

If you are wanting a gastric sleeve it is best to undergo that procedure first.  Once you have hit your goal weight and are able to maintain it you can consider the other procedures.  Depending on your priorities it may be best to break them into stages.  A tummy tuck with the breast lift and implants go well together.  The others can be done as a secondary stage.  Keep in mind that we typically advise patients to wait to have a tummy tuck until they have finished having children as future pregnancies can impact results.
