It really depends on the technique- I have hundreds of bodybuilders, fitness models, trainers, competitors, etc., with submuscular implants that do just fine without any special garments, but on the other hand I also place implants completely behind the muscle and use the Original Internal Bra for long term lift and support. So it really depends on your surgeon's technique, and thus it is a question best asked directly to them. We are not all the same- we differ greatly in our ability and our results, so my answer to your specific question may be totally wrong for the technique your surgeon used.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. I do not think you need to add any additional support or alter your clothing for your implants, swimming should not cause a material impact to the appearance of your augmentation.

Only the milk of pregnancy and/or significant weight change can alter your breast surgery results. I have triple crown body builders who start working out hard at 6 to 8 weeks post surgery with no change in their surgical results. Good luck and WIN! you should be able to work out after breast augmentation. I would suggest you to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon.

I would find a supporting bathing suit (yes, they exist) or wear a sports bra for your top. The suit will help minimize pushing the implants too laterally while you swim.

1st - totally no helpful posted photo in swim suit. Gives no idea of appearance of your breast..... If really a tri athlete then consider "dual plane position of gummies.

Following breast augmentation, a capsular scar develops circumferentially around the implant which maintains implant position beginning several months after the procedure. Added support should not be required even with vigorous exercise.
