28 year old female, 88kgs. Breast implants put in about 6 years ago. Silicone, behind the muscle. Incision under breast. Recently hit my heaviest weight at 91kgs and right breast is changing shape. The shape looks off to me when looking at it, feels like nipple is moving closer to middle of chest and the breast itself has a weird shape to it (the side of breast closest to chest) Breasts have gotten bigger with weight gain. Is the odd looking shape due to the extra weight?

Answer: Breasts Yes, the weight gain has increased the differences you are seeing. Your implants are sitting somewhat high and your natural breast is more low. As you gain weight, the implant does not change, but your breast does and gets bigger. Try loosing the weight and see if you correct this.

Answer: Breast shape Hello, and thanks for your question. It is most likely due to the excess weight gain, but thankfully, this can be fixed! I'd advise trying to get back to the weight you were at around the time of surgery and if they still don't look normal (which I doubt would happen), see your physician and discuss options. Please see a board-certified physician for your consultation. Best of luck to you!
