My first surgery was last year. I had 255cc in both breasts. My right breast had a hematoma which we drained. Ever since its been significantly larger than my left. My doctor said that the asymmetry would resolve with time. Fast forward 10 months and it hasn't. It's much bigger and lower than my left breast. He says that there's no more fluid in my breast and my implant is not bottoming out. He says the asymmetry is due to my anatomy but I think it's because of the hematoma. What do you think?

Answer: Asymmetry Good morning, I agree that you aren't bottoming out but I believe that as a result of everything the right side went through the pocket is a bit too large for the implant and larger than the pocket on the other side, allowing more settling and thus a lower appearance and less upper pole fullness on that side. I would tighten up that pocket with the original Internal bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, which would vastly improve your asymmetry.

Answer: Breast asymmetry Dear Genuine877791, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
