Hi! I had my breasts done Dec 2020. I have 300ccs under the muscle silicone implants and went from a 32a to a 32c/d. My breasts look symmetrical and feel soft and normal. I have no pain or anything but when I lift my arms above my head I feel a "pulling"/tight sensation in my right breast. I sit hunched at a desk and am right handed. Seems to go away for the most part if I stretch/massage but is kind of off and on. Is this normal?

It is a little hard to tell with the one photo from above, but it appears your nipple is above you breast fold. You look more deflated than sagging. Probably a dual plane augmentation is all you need to refill your breast and help center the nipple. Seek more in person consults. Good luck.
Usually, there is no problem. But, removing lymph nodes, even just one, could cause some swelling in your breast that may not go away. If you notice any swelling, start wearing tight compression for your breast and arm. I have seen this happen one time with only one lymph node removed.
