Thank you for sharing your question. Although we would expect your sensations to have resolved after a year's time it would not be unusual to feel some tightness or pulling. I would check in with your surgeon to ensure all is otherwise well.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You may have some capsule pulling on the muscle. Do try to stretch and massage the muscle and see if this gets better. External ultrasound could be helpful if this is from a capsule.
