I am 52 female under a lot of pressure daily for quite some time. Pandemic took a toll on me as well.This is all showing up on my face making me look much older than I am. Why's the best way for get rid off this.?

Since you don't have any photos posted, I'll have to offer generic advice. First, based on your age you should be using prescription skin care and strict sun avoidance/physical sunblock daily. Next, get some Botox and cheek filler if indicated (pretty commonly beneficial). Next, consider a face and neck lift to address your cheeks, jowls and excess neck skin. For overall skin quality improvement consider laser resurfacing, and the CO2 laser is my favorite if your skin tone is not dark. Hope that helps!

The best and the longest lasting results for facial and neck rejuvenation involve not only smoothing your skin but also elevating and tightening the layer just deep to your skin, the SMAS. In treating the neck area there are a range of treatments from more noninvasive techniques such as injectables and energy based devices which may take more treatments and time versus a surgical procedure that removes fat and tightens the muscle. Generally speaking, surgery will likely have a more significant effect sooner, but does require a procedure.. I would consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for options...
