Since you don't have any photos posted, I'll have to offer generic advice. First, based on your age you should be using prescription skin care and strict sun avoidance/physical sunblock daily. Next, get some Botox and cheek filler if indicated (pretty commonly beneficial). Next, consider a face and neck lift to address your cheeks, jowls and excess neck skin.
