Options for neck lift at age 33? Sagging in lower face & neck after Ultherapy (Photos)

Question

I’ve never had a particularly tight angle jaw line but it was acceptable. Since having ultherapy last year it seems to have removed a lot of fat in my lower face which has caused a sagging lower face and neck. I have been turned away for endolift as it wouldn’t tighten the skin enough to produce a good result and may remove any remaining fat and cause more sagging. I would like to know my options, I have had less than positive responses from initial enquiries for a neck lift due to my age.

Hi! I'm sorry that this happened. It looks like you primarily have excess skin. You could try some skin tightening procedures like microneedling with RF or Renuvion but to be honest, it mainly looks like you might need a necklift if only to remove extra skin. Good luck
