Tackling throat skin laxity through incision where parathyroid incision is done?

I have laxity on my neck skin but the very bottom of my neck, on the throat and below. I dont want incision around my ears but I am willing to take a scar on my neck to have this done at the same part of the neck where parathyroid surgery is performed. Can cutting the extra skin on the neck somewhere in the front ,achieve the desired result of just correcting the laxity down there rather the rest of the lower neck area
