Although my nose bridge seems relatively straight when my face is relaxed, it doesn't stay like that when I smile and it annoys me. I want to fix that alongside the droopy tip, can it be done? Is it difficult to correct? First pic is of my nose normally, second pic is when smiling, and third pic is what I hope it'll look like when I smile after a nose job. Is it a reasonable expectation?
