2 years ago I had a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty. Since the day I took the cast off I noticed my crooked nostrils and I suspect this is due to the cartilage graft that was inserted in my nose. Although I did have a deviated septum my nose tip was definitely not crooked. I’m considering a revision rhinoplasty and i’m wondering whether this is something easy to fix or if I should just let it go.
