What could be causing redness inside my nose 1 year after rhinoplasty? (photos)

I had a rhinoplasty last year and I still have redness inside my nose. It looks like red horizontal veins with redness in the background. It doesn’t really bother me, but I feel like it contributes to my morning face and nose swellings that goes away after I have a glass water. I’m not sure if I should be worried and I don’t know what causes it. Maybe pet allergy I have and I have 3 cats? I’ve been told to take antibiotics for 7 days but I have gastritis,it’s painful for me..any suggestions?tnx

Hello, When you are deprojecting the nose you don't need rib cartilage you should be able to use the nose in the nose which is called septo cartilage and that should be enough cartilage to do everything you need. If the surgeon wants to use extensive grafting they may want to use rib cartilage...
