I'm looking to get a very very slight curve to my nose. Please see the attached. Photo on the left is my normal nose. Photo on the middle is with the nose shaved down to a straight line. Photo on the right is with slight curve. Would ideally love slight curve on the right. Also: would love an osteotomy to thin down my nose. How many mm would you take off?

It is not possible to permanently reshape your nasal tip cartilages by squeezing them multiple times a day. If you recently had trauma or surgery, then you could break up scar tissue but squeezing them should have no long term effect.
