What are you thoughts my nose and how to get a very, very slight curve?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs and simulations, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty and a conservative dorsal hump reduction.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.  If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon. The most important aspect to be taken into consideration in your case is the thickness of the skin.  Thick skin is a setup for the potential of a pollybeak deformity or fullness in the area above the tip. In your case, it is not simply the reduction of the bridge but the adequate support of the tip which would enable the best long term outcomes. 

 The digitally altered photographs represent approximately 3 mm dorsal cartilage shave. Osteotomies  will then be required to narrow the bridge line and close the open roof created from the hump removal. Thick skin in the tip of the nose and  along the bridge line on will be an impediment to seeing refinement, so it's important to have realistic expectations.  Your follow-up appointments with steroid shots will be important to manage the soft-tissue envelope over the cartilaginous framework of the nose to get you that slight curve
