Are S shape deviated septums noses easier to make appear straight with a septorhinoplasty? (Photo)

It is most likely that the septum has not changed shape unless there was an injury. In this case, a slight displacement of the tip cartilages has probably led to the contour problems that you are describing.
The nasal airway can become worse over time around a septal deviation, in particular if there is a new allergic reaction developing to housedust or other irritants.
Assessment of the septum and correction of the deviation if present would be important parts of both improvement for the airway and the external appearance. It is however fair to say that the appearance is not likely to be an identical replica of your previous shape. 
If you would prefer to retain a small nasal bridge bump, this can be done, but in surgery it is also possible to create a straight bridge contour.
For planning the surgery, computer imaging can help, and if you have also side to view photographs of your nasal shape that years ago it would assist to have them when you attend for your consultation.

You do have a deviated spetum and a bulbous nasal tip and benefit from correction of deviated septum and nasal tip refinement. My best advice is that you discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in performing rhinoplasty. I would ask to see before and after pictures of their real patients. It's important that you trust your surgeon's skills and ability to achieve the results you are looking for. In particular, pay attention to your surgeon's experience with rhinoplasty. Best,

Based on your photographs, you may benefit from septoplasty and spreader grafts to help straighten your nose.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.  If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon.

To correct a deviated nose it's necessary to straighten the septum first, so a septorhinoplasty is what you need. Choose an experienced rhynoplasty surgeon, correcting a deviated nose is sometimes challenging.
