Would a Rhinoplasty, chin implant and chin liposuction be viable?

Question

Conscious about my nose which has a small hump, droopy nasal tip and is on the large side. I believe I have a weak chin(?) and would like to improve my jawline for a more defined look. I have a bit of fat around the chin/jaw even with the low overall total body fat percentage so would liposuction improve the definition of the jaw on its own, or only with a chin/jaw implant. I'm 27 have realistic expectations and just want a more attractive, natural, healthier appearance. thoughts and costs?

Based on these photos, you seem to be a candidate for rhinoplasty and chin implant. Only on the basis of in person evaluation one could decide whether neck liposuction or neck lift would be better option to shape your neck. Good luck.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty, a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn up your tip slightly, and a conservative dorsal hump reduction. A chin implant with submental liposuction can be performed at the same time for improved jaw line contour. I always use a medpor implant with screw fixation, which stays in place over time. A silicone chin implant has a high rate of malrotation over time. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon. If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon. Best wishes and good luck.

I definitely feel a rhinoplasty would  be worthwhile for you. I would lower the bridge and raise the tip. The chin implant and lipo if the neck might give you a little more improvement but I’m not sure they are worth the added cost fir just a slight change.

The rhinoplasty portion of your inquiry is straightforward. The noteworthy discussion is on the chin/jawline. While removal of the slight fat you have along the jawline can have a very modest effect it is not going to give you a what you likely consider a more defined chin and/or jawline. Thus the next question is whether you want chin augmentation only or that of the entire jawline. Both are going to require implant augmentation. It is just question of the scope of the implant and its desired effect. To help you think about it further this where the role of computer imaging becomes critical to determine what exact lower facial effect you seek as well as the degree of change desired.

You are a great candidate for a rhinoplasty, Natural looking results can be achieved by straightening your bridge and reshaping your tip. Your chin lacks some  projection, that can be corrected with the use of an implant. This usually improves the jawline too. The use of computer morphing by your doctor can make you have an idea of the changes you can get, so you can choose what will be better.
