Nose has dipped in middle 8 months PO, is this saddle deformity or polly beak? (Photos)

I'm just over 8 months post op. In the last month my nose has dipped in the middle making my whole nose look, in my opinion, completely different and deformed. Is it saddle deformity or Polly beak? Can it be fixed with a revision?
