You do not have a "polybeak" per se. It seems that your upper nasal bridge may be a drop too low. This may be addressed with fillers rather than revision, depending on your examination. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

It's best to wait at least a year for full healing before undergoing revision rhinoplasty. Also important to know how much cartilage is left over on the inside of the nose for grafting purposes to build up your bridge.
