Is it possible to fix a visible a radix graft augmentation? (photos)

Question

Desperately battelling with my life for the past 6 years after a botched rhinoplasty. I had to wait 3 years before doing the 4th revision. We improved the dorsum and needed to do a radix augmentafion because it was still too low. My surgeon placed a radix graft, and after 6-7 month I started to notice the graft under my skin become more visible. What can I do to keep my radix high without the graft being visible? fillers might help conceal it but I don't want to do this every year.

If you think your bridge is still too low, you can potentially add more cartilage graft to build it up. However, this will require another surgery, and I'm sorry to hear about your concerns with previous surgeries. You can start with filler. Though this is only a temporary solution, it will be a way to confirm you like the height of the nose after filler. I would caution to only see experts, as previous nose jobs can alter the blood supply to the nose, and an inexperienced injector may not be aware and make the problem worse.

I Woukd suggest fat grafting. It will lasted much longer than filler and no concerns about a reaction.  Sometimes you can file down edge as office procedure.  Would not encourage another full revision.

This is not an uncommon occurrence when the radix graft is (1) placed too superficially(under the skin as opposed to on the bone), or (2) the graft is not properly sized and/or (3) the edges not properly softened so as not to show its edges.

This graft can be removed and replaced, or another graft can be placed after removal of the existing graft, or as a safer alternative, I routinely us body fat as a permanent fix for low radix disporportion.
