I got a rhinoplasty about 10 years ago and i am unhappy with my side profile, when i smile.

That said, you do have options if you’re unhappy with your nose. Revision rhinoplasty is likely your best option for reshaping your nasal bridge or tip, but the procedure requires extreme precision and skill. If you’re interested in revision rhinoplasty, I highly recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who has plenty of experience performing this procedure.

Revision rhinoplasty will certainly be able to reshape and create more definition to your nose. The decision to undergo rhinoplasty is a strictly personal one, as only you can weigh the pros and cons of the recovery and financial aspects relative to how much the nasal appearance bothers you. A rhinoplasty specialist will be able to comprehensively address the issues you have with your nose. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist in order to achieve the best results possible.
