I had my first septorhinoplasty in Dec 2019. Following the surgery I felt like my nose looked too big and wide for my face - especially when viewed front on. I went back to the same surgeon for a revision in July 2021 in the hope he could give me a better result and this is the outcome. I’d be interested to know if surgeons feel it could be improved and if so, how?
