Yes your nose can be made slightly thinner however your aesthetic issue is, in my opinion, your facial volume; loss of volume from the temple, down in front of your ear to your mandible by your earlobe. That can be permanently addressed in one surgery with autologous fat grafting resulting in a more youthful and balanced facial volume as well as antiaging from adipose derived stem cells. With a return to your youthful facial volume your nose will fit you face once again.
