I agree your surgeon did a nice job in removing the hump. You can have a secondary rhinoplasty to reduce the size of the nose if you wish. This would entail going back to operating room, and removing some of the cartilage, potentially rasping down and breaking the bones. Note that noses can get larger and droopier with age.
