I had a chin implant done 2 years ago and I'm very happy with the result. I posted a before and after picture. I'm just curious if having rhinoplasty to make my nose smaller would give my profile more balance? In particular, would it make my chin look bigger?

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo you have very droopy tip and strong hump on the bridge. With the rhinoplasty surgery your side face projection have much more balanced look. It will make an illusion for your chin. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. The relationship between the nose and chin in profile: in general, the larger the nose, the smaller the chin looks. And conversely, the smaller the chin, the larger the nose looks. reducing the size of the nose will probably make the chin look stronger. Conversely augmenting the chin will make the nose look somewhat less prominent.
