How will I know what I’ll look like after a rhinoplasty?

I’ve been thinking about getting a rhinoplasty since I can remember. I’m not nearly 30, and previously attended some consults a few years ago, but didn’t commit due to not feeling financially secure enough. I’m now in this position and believe I have a surgeon identified (Dr Mark Baldwin, Melbourne, Aus). How will I know what to expect I’ll look like after surgery? Can I request morphing, or djust need to trust the surgeon? It’s stopping me taking the leap.

In my office we qould have no problem doing this right in the office with local anesthesia or local with an oral relaxing pill. This is a common way for to adjust things like this.
