Swelling on side of nose. How can I treat this? (Photo)

I have had this swelling on the left side of my nose for over 2 years . The swelling is not there when I wake up in the morning and gradually grows throughout the day. Some days it’s not there at all and other days it gets quite prominent (to me anyway) I have seen a ophthalmologist who said it was slightly low to be my tear duct and no blockage was found. However I noticed when I cried the swelling went for a few hours . I have had a ct scan and that came back clear . I’m at my wits end

I think that it's important to always do imaging before rhinoplasty. The surgeon might be terrific, but his or her vision may not be the same as yours. If it isn't, then a discussion must take place to make sure you guys are on the same page. Computer imaging is what makes this happen.
