Multiple surgeries at the same time - would this increase surgical & recovery risks?

Hello, I have found a PS abroad that I mostly set on and the surgeries planned are as follows: 1. Lipo. 360 and Arm and inner thigh lipo with j plasma. 2. BBL 3. Revision of previous mastopexy to correct asymmetry and areolas. 4. Rhinoplasty (may end up being closed if the surgeon determines I am a candidate. All of these procedures are scheduled to occur at the same time. Would that be safe? 32yo, 5ft2, 128 lbs, healthy, marijuana smoker only. Thank you!

Combining Lipo 360, inner thigh lipo, BBL, and breast revision is already extensive, and adding rhinoplasty and arm lipo elevates the complexity. For a 32-year-old, even if healthy, this combination is quite strenuous. 1- Increased Risks: Longer surgery times raise risks such as infection, bleeding, and complications from anesthesia. 2- Painful and Prolonged Recovery: Recovery will be more painful (your legs, your arms, your entire body will be subject to pain, and will reduce your mobility. The recovery will be extended. You're combining procedures that individually require significant healing time and care.
3- Intense Assistance Needed: You'll likely need continuous, 24/7 assistance for basic activities post-surgery. This level of care might be necessary for weeks. 4-Staging Surgeries: It’s safer to separate these into at least two different stages. Lipo 360, inner thigh lipo, BBL, and breast revision could be one stage. The rhinoplasty and arm lipo could be performed at a later date.

Consult with your surgeon about breaking these into stages to reduce risks and make your recovery more manageable. Prioritize your safety and well-being over convenience.

It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

Hello! It is usual for doctors to perform more than one procedure in the same surgery if the health of the patient allows it. When several surgical procedures are scheduled at the same time, you must have a medical team composed of several plastic surgeons to reduce the times in the operating room, which is not recommended to be more than 7 hours, I do not recommend performing face-to-body surgeries, I think that liposuction 360 bbl, surgery review of se os and rhinoplasty is a lot for a single surgery
