Can BBL plump I had at 4 months post-op come back after 8 months post-op? (Photos)

Hey, I’m 8 months post op, and the last month a lost a lot of volume. I was looking at my plump self from 4 months post op. Is it possible go do back to this size with eating more and exercising and time? Or it was plump because of water rentention? Thank you

I understand your concern. 8 months after surgery your results are final. However, you can increase muscle volume with exercise and it can increase the size of your buttock.

It has been our experience after hundreds of BBL performed in the past 12 years, that approximately 50-60% of fat injected in the time of surgery would survive in the long time. It takes an average of 8-12 months for fat grafts to mature and volume to stabilize. Survival of fat is very unpredictable even in the most experienced  hands; grafted areas may not look symmetric and identical at the end and additional fat grafting and liposuction may be needed to achieve better symmetry.
