I will need a revision to address a very bad functional and aesthetic result. The surgeon grafted my tip in three ways (columellar strut, cap graft, alar grafts). I had a very substantial tip and good projection, but he severed it all. I also have spreader grafts in my bridge. Does this increase the risk during revision? What are the chances that these grafts could come out if tip is rebuilt?
